Four automatic storage bins allow different aluminum spacer sizes to remain ready for production. After the operator enters the required frame data through the touchscreen, the machine calculates the spacer dimensions, arranges the jobs and completes feeding, ben
ding, splicing and cutting automatically.
The equipment is particularly suitable for window and insulating glass factories handling mixed-size orders. Up to 32 frame sizes can be arranged in one production queue, helping operators process different window specifications without measuring and setting every frame manually.

Controlled Feeding and Accurate Frame Formation
The CNC servo feeding system controls spacer length, while the CNC bending system controls the required angle. The machine automatically changes its bending speed according to the frame dimensions.
For larger frames, a controlled bending speed helps reduce deformation. Smaller frames can be processed faster to maintain production efficiency. The minimum frame size is 250 × 300 mm, while the maximum frame size is 2000 × 2000 mm.
