Four-Bin Fully Automatic Aluminum Spacer Bending Machine

  1. Four Automatic Material Storage Bins
    Four storage bins hold aluminum spacers from 4000 to 6000 mm long. Different spacer specifications can be prepared in advance, reducing manual loading and changeover time.

  2. Multiple Sizes in One Production Queue
    The control system can manage four spacer specifications and up to 32 frame sizes. It automatically calculates, sorts and processes the required spacer frames according to the entered production data.

  3. CNC Feeding and Bending Control
    The servo feeding system provides positioning accuracy of 0.1 mm/m, while the bending angle can be adjusted with a precision of 0.1°. Overall processing accuracy is ±0.5 mm.

  4. Automatic Splicing and Joint Avoidance
    The machine automatically joins aluminum spacers and prevents bending or cutting at the connection point, helping reduce incorrect frames and unnecessary material loss.

  5. Speed Adjustment According to Frame Size
    Bending speed is adjusted automatically. Smaller frames can be processed quickly, while larger frames are handled at a suitable speed to reduce deformation.

  6. Production Data Validation
    Before processing, the system checks whether the entered frame dimensions are reasonable. Incorrect data triggers an alert instead of producing an unusable frame.

  7. Supports Rectangular and Special-Shaped Frames
    In addition to standard rectangular spacer frames, the machine can process triangular, quadrilateral, hexagonal, octagonal and other customized shapes.

  8. Fault Diagnosis and Material Shortage Alerts
    The control system displays machine status, material shortage warnings and fault information. Production stops automatically when material runs out and can continue after material is reloaded.

Controlled Feeding and Accurate Frame Formation

The CNC servo feeding system controls spacer length, while the CNC bending system controls the required angle. The machine automatically changes its bending speed according to the frame dimensions.

For larger frames, a controlled bending speed helps reduce deformation. Smaller frames can be processed faster to maintain production efficiency. The minimum frame size is 250 × 300 mm, while the maximum frame size is 2000 × 2000 mm.
