Fully Automatic Insulating Glass Sealing Line

This fully automatic IGU sealing line is designed for secondary edge sealing in insulating glass production for windows, doors and architectural glazing.

The machine handles IGUs from 300 x 300 mm to 2800 x 4000 mm, with a standard total thickness range of 12-60 mm. It supports sealing depths of 2-15 mm and aluminum spacer widths of 6-27 mm, accommodating different insulating glass specifications.

Sealing speed ranges from 10 to 25 m/min, while conveying speed ranges from 0 to 48 m/min. Actual output depends on glass size, sealing depth, sealant properties and operating conditions.

The machine requires a 380 V power supply and compressed air at 0.6-0.8 MPa. Please confirm your glass specifications, sealant type and workshop layout before selecting the final machine configuration.
