• Built for Thicker Glass: A lot of traditional laminators max out early on heavy materials. We widened the conveyor belt to 100mm, allowing the 3.0 to confidently run heavy-duty glass up to 100mm thick.

• Raw Output Power: Speed matters on the floor. With a base running rate of 30 m/min, this machine can push out up to 6,000 ㎡ in a single hour, or a steady 4,800 ㎡ per day. If you need one-time edge sealing for large formats, this capacity will easily clear your production backlog.

• Clean Finishes Every Time: Sagging glass ruins lamination. We added bottom support wheels to keep everything flat, while the electronic synchronizer handles fast film swaps. The result is a clean, wrinkle-free, and bubble-free edge seal.
