Product Overview

The Vacuum Glass Lifter with Articulated Arm is designed for lifting, transferring, rotating and positioning glass sheets in glass-processing workshops.

The machine combines a vacuum suction system with a flexible articulated arm, helping operators handle large or heavy glass with less manual lifting. It can be used for glass loading and unloading around cutting tables, washing machines, processing equipment, storage racks and other glass-handling stations.

Vacuum Lifting System

The glass is held by multiple vacuum suction pads during handling.

A stable vacuum system helps maintain suction while the operator lifts and positions the glass. According to the selected configuration, the system can include vacuum pressure monitoring, warning devices and vacuum storage for safer operation.

The suction pads should always be kept clean and inspected before lifting glass.

Flexible Articulated Arm
