Product Details
The JINJIYE JJY-GA400 is a vacuum glass lifter with an articulated arm for factory loading, unloading and glass transfer. It combines a vacuum suction head with a jointed lifting arm to support the panel while it moves between pickup and placement positions.
The machine has a rated lifting capacity of 400 kg and a glass thickness range of 1–40 mm. PLC control and a touchscreen interface provide access to its configured operating functions.
Glass Pickup and Transfer
The suction head grips the glass surface, while the articulated arm supports movement around the workstation.
Working reach and installation position should suit both the glass rack and the receiving station. Enough clearance is needed for the complete panel to move through the transfer path.
Rotation, Tilting and Control
The JJY-GA400 provides 360° rotation and 90° tilting for changing glass orientation during handling.
The PLC and touchscreen form the machine’s control interface. The supplied configuration should specify the control method for each movement and the functions available to the operator.
Glass and Workstation Compatibility
Panel weight, dimensions and contact surface all matter when selecting the suction-head arrangement. The smallest panel needs to cover the required pads, while larger panels need suitable pad spacing and support.
For coated, textured or film-covered glass, confirm suction-pad compatibility for the actual contact surface.
