Aluminum Strip Conveyor Rack
Hanging Storage for Spacer Frames
The hanging arrangement keeps aluminum spacer frames off the floor and provides an organized holding area between production stages.Motor-Driven Chain Conveyor
An electric motor and chain-drive mechanism move the hanging supports, helping operators bring spacer frames to the required handling position.Accessible Frame Handling
Individual hooks provide accessible hanging points for loading and removing spacer frames during daily production.Reduced Frame Stacking
Suspending frames instead of stacking them on the floor helps reduce unnecessary frame-to-frame contact and keeps the work area more organized.Support for Spacer Preparation
The conveyor provides temporary holding and transfer for aluminum spacer frames as part of an insulating glass production workflow.
Aluminum Spacer Frame Conveyor
The JINJIYE Aluminum Spacer Frame Conveyor is designed for hanging and transferring formed aluminum spacer frames during insulating glass production. It provides a dedicated holding area where operators can organize frames before moving them to the next processing stage.
This equipment handles spacer frames; it does not bend aluminum bars, fill desiccant or apply butyl sealant.

Motorized Overhead Transfer
The equipment combines a freestanding support structure, overhead hanging hooks, an electric motor and a chain-drive mechanism.
Operators place spacer frames on the hooks and use the control panel to operate the conveyor. The hanging arrangement allows frames to move with the supports rather than being repeatedly lifted and carried between positions.
Organized Temporary Storage
When frames are left leaning against equipment or stacked together, selecting the next frame can interrupt production. A dedicated hanging conveyor gives operators a defined location for temporary frame storage.
Frames can be arranged according to the production sequence, making it easier to identify and retrieve the required frame. Suitable spacing should be maintained to prevent adjacent frames from contacting each other during movement.
Integration into the Workshop
The conveyor can serve as an auxiliary handling station within the spacer-preparation area. Its position should be planned around the available floor space, operator access and the equipment used in the next production stage.
Before selecting a configuration, confirm the maximum frame dimensions, frame weight, required storage quantity and available installation space.
