Vertical Insulating Glass Production Line for Double and Triple Glazing
The JINJIYE 2000P and 2500P are vertical insulating glass production lines for double- and triple-glazed IGUs.
Choosing between them starts with the glass you make every day. Your largest unit sets one requirement, but smaller repeat orders, finished unit thickness and the mix of double and triple glazing also belong in the discussion.
For stepped or shaped glass, send the unit drawings with your enquiry so we can check the processing requirements before recommending a configuration.
Automatic Measurement, Assembly and Gas Filling
The line measures glass dimensions and thickness and uses this information to adjust the gas-filling chamber. Servo and torque control support the assembly and pressing process.
When reviewing a quotation, check the scope of automation for each stage. Glass loading, spacer-frame placement and secondary sealing should all be clearly identified as included operations, manual operations or separately supplied equipment.
