The LB2500 Vertical Glass Washing Machine integrates glass conveying, washing, drying and inspection into one machine. It is suitable for flat glass used in insulating glass production and other glass processing applications.

The washing section uses stainless steel brush shafts with nylon bristles. The brush system can be used for coated Low-E glass when the cleaning parameters match the glass supplier’s requirements.

The water tank is equipped with a heating system. In cold workshop conditions, water heating is recommended when the ambient temperature is below 7°C.

The drying section uses stainless steel air ducts, high-pressure fans and heated air. The optimized air duct design provides strong airflow while reducing operating noise. Stainless steel conveying rollers inside the drying box help prevent the washed glass from contacting contaminated surfaces.

The glass conveying system uses variable frequency control. Operators can adjust the conveying speed according to the glass type, production condition and downstream equipment.

Main Working Process

1. Glass is placed in the feeding section.

2. The conveying system transfers the glass into the washing chamber.

3. Adjustable water sprays and brush rollers clean the glass surface.

4. Heated air and high-pressure fans remove water from the glass.

5. The operator checks the cleaned glass before it moves to the next production stage.
