Automatic Double-Sided Glass Protective Film Laminating Machine
The Automatic Horizontal Glass Film Laminating Machine is designed for applying protective or explosion-resistant film to flat glass, mirrors and insulating glass units.
Unlike a small single-sided mirror laminator, this machine is available in three processing widths and can be configured for both single-sided and double-sided film application. It is suitable for glass factories that handle different glass dimensions and require continuous horizontal production.
Working Process
The operator places the film roll in the required position and enters the working settings through the touchscreen. Glass is transported horizontally into the film-application section.
The machine controls the spacing between consecutive glass sheets, applies the film to the selected surface and presses it evenly against the glass. The reserved edge distance can be adjusted according to the production requirements.
Automatic film cutting and glass-handling devices can be added when a higher level of automation is required.
