Product Overview
The Automatic CNC Insulating Glass Sealing Robot is designed for the automatic secondary sealing of double- and triple-glazed insulating glass units. It can be connected directly to an insulating glass production line to reduce manual handling and improve sealing consistency.
The machine automatically detects the glass size and sealing depth before controlling the conveying speed, sealing nozzle and sealant output. Its servo-controlled motion system helps maintain accurate positioning throughout the sealing process.
Two independent sealant supply systems are available for production that requires different compatible sealants. The operator can set and monitor production parameters through the touchscreen interface.
Working Process
After the insulating glass unit enters the machine, sensors detect its dimensions and sealing depth. The conveying and sealing systems then work together to apply secondary sealant continuously around the glass edges. The corner-filling function helps produce smooth corners with fewer air pockets and less manual finishing.
A buffer section can temporarily store the processed glass, allowing the production line to continue operating more efficiently.
