Horizontal Low-E Glass Washing and Drying Machine
Designed for washing and drying Low-E coated glass and ordinary flat glass.
The inverter-controlled conveyor provides continuously adjustable working speeds from 0 to 8 m/min, with a digital speed display.
The upper and lower brush rollers use separate drive systems to support stable washing performance.
The pneumatic lifting mechanism allows the brush position to be adjusted according to the glass type and coating requirements.
Vulcanized rubber conveying rollers provide stable glass support and help reduce surface contact marks during transportation.
The modular aluminum-alloy frame and powder-coated protective covers provide corrosion resistance and convenient maintenance.
Three processing widths—1200 mm, 1600 mm and 2500 mm—are available for different glass sizes and production requirements.

Product Overview
The Horizontal Low-E Glass Washing and Drying Machine is designed for cleaning ordinary flat glass and Low-E coated glass before further processing. It is available in 1200 mm, 1600 mm and 2500 mm processing widths.
Glass travels horizontally through the washing and drying sections. The inverter-controlled conveying system allows the operator to adjust the processing speed according to the glass thickness, surface condition and required cleaning result.
Separate drive systems for the upper and lower brush rollers support stable operation. For sensitive coated glass, the brush position and processing settings can be adjusted according to the coating type and the glass supplier’s handling requirements.
The machine uses vulcanized rubber conveying rollers to support smooth glass transportation. Its modular aluminum-alloy structure and removable protective covers make routine inspection, cleaning and maintenance more convenient.
