Introduction

At China Glass 2026, JINJIYE presented the Vertical Glass Film Laminating Machine 3.0, developed for the application of protective film to architectural, decorative and specialty glass.

During film application, unstable conveying can cause film misalignment, wrinkles and inconsistent edge margins. The 3.0 machine focuses on coordinated transmission, glass support and adjustable processing settings to improve coating consistency across different glass specifications.

Key Improvements in the 3.0 Version

Multi-Servo Control

The machine is equipped with 18 servo control units. These units coordinate the conveying and film-feeding sections, helping the machine maintain stable movement during continuous operation.

Compared with conventional transmission systems, this configuration provides more accurate control when processing different glass sizes.

Stable Mechanical Transmission

A chain-driven flat-belt structure is combined with square guide rails. This design helps reduce transmission deviation, film stretching and slipping during operation.

The machine can maintain more consistent film positioning when the production speed or glass specification changes.

Support for Thick and Heavy Glass

A 100 mm-wide conveyor belt and bottom support wheels provide additional support for thick or heavy glass.

The bottom support structure helps keep the glass stable during conveying and reduces sagging that could affect film alignment. According to the current machine configuration, the applicable glass thickness is up to 100 mm.

Adjustable Processing Speed

The machine has an operating speed of up to 30 m/min. Actual production output depends on the glass size, film type, processing settings and operator workflow.

The appropriate speed should be selected according to the glass specification instead of operating at maximum speed for every product.

Controlled Film Positioning

The electronic synchronization system assists with film feeding and adjustment. The upper and lower edge reserve can be set to approximately 20 mm according to the processing requirement.

This helps produce more consistent edge margins while reducing film misalignment, wrinkles and unnecessary material waste.
